Documents

Agents can create and edit common office documents through built-in skills. Clawuno previews Word, Excel and PowerPoint files by converting them locally to PDF, including legacy .doc, .xls and .ppt formats. PDF and Markdown previews can follow links, while Workspace file links open the matching preview tab.

The preview is not the source document. If an external application edits the file, Clawuno detects the change and refreshes or warns about conflicting unsaved edits.

Whiteboards

Excalidraw files are ordinary Workspace files. Agents can create and update diagrams, and people can continue editing them in the whiteboard editor. Autosave and export operate on the same file rather than a separate hidden canvas.

Research

Agents can search and fetch the public web, record sources, compare evidence and produce a cited result. A managed browser can access pages that need full rendering; authorized login state may make additional sources available.

Treat logged-in data as access you intentionally granted. Verify citations and important claims before external use.
